Jones House News for November, 1998:
[ Saturday 11.28.1998 ] Jones House Beats the odds!
Despite missing 50 peopple from the house Jones House made a valiant effort to win this year's volleyball Varsity Mania. Jones House was by far the loudest house in attendance and easily won the spirit part of the scoring, unfortunately Neville still won this event by doing nothing more than bringing more people to the game and sitting on their thumbs with glee.

[ Wednesday 11.25.1998] Caroling at York Manor
Jones House along with Tibbits Hall went caroling at York manor showing their compasion for others in an excellent display of singing and hospitality. The residents of the manor were trilled to have us come and loved the gifts they received.

Caroling was follwed by a night out at the UpperDeck for many as it was also Tibbits night out.

[ Tuesday 11.1o.1998] Spontaneous House Night Out
House spirit became much stronger after a spontaneous house night out at the UpperDeck on Tueday night. This event helped to heal the scars caused by our non-existance at the last Varsity Mania. Al other houses be warned, Jones House is going to rock the house at the next Varsity Mania on November 28.

Jones House News for October, 1998:

[ Saturday 1o.31.198 ] Who needs the Pumpkin Sacrifice?
The Jones House Halloween gathering was once again a big sucess.  The house was filled to capacity as the Gentlemen of Jones once again offered the residents an alternative to roaming the town causing trouble.  A good time was had by all and the rooms were going long after the dance floor was shut down.
  
[ Saturday 1o.17.198 ] 1st Oktoberfest Held
Keeping in tune with the seasons and the events that go along with them, Jones House's 1st Oktoberfest was held. The event included food, socializing, dancing, along with a host of other events to allow everyone to have an enjoyable time. Residence Office permitting we are hoping to have another one next year.
